The "For Members Only" website requires your browser to support cookies in order to access this site. Please use the following instructions to enable cookies in your browser.

• Internet Explorer Version 6:

1. On the Tools menu, select Internet Options.
    
2. Select the Privacy tab.
    
3. Select a privacy level under Settings (Medium High or High is recommended).
    
4. Under the "Web Sites" section, click the "Edit" button.
     
5. In the "Address of Web site" box, enter "kaleidoscoops.com" and select the "Allow" button.
    
6. Select OK and then OK again to close all the dialog boxes.
    

• Internet Explorer Version 5:

1. On the Tools menu, select Internet Options.
    
2. Select the Security tab.
    
3. If the security level is set to Custom, you can change it to another setting or select the Custom Level button.
    
4. Under Cookies, click Enable for both options.
    
5. Select OK.
