The team behind KaleidoScoops – Ice Cream & More and the KaleidoScoops branded concept is perhaps the greatest strength of the organization. It will serve to distinguish branded stores from our competitors. Our  committees of independent storeowner/members will strive to focus on competitive challenges and customers needs. Through the use of analysis, tactical action plans can be formulated to respond to trends, patterns, and opportunities. Committees will set a high priority on fact based decisions by looking at the issue as it pertains to the entire organization, not just their own. There are currently Operating Committees that focus on:

  • Marketing
  • Product Development
  • Training
  • Finance
  • Co-op Relations

Each of these committee plays an important role in our success and the size and make up of each committee varies based on needs. Most committees have an odd number of members and at least one company employee. To be on a committee the person needs to make a commitment to provide advice, thought and input on the subject at hand. The person will be open minded to the need of the organization as a whole and not focused on own personal issues, locations, situations. 

From time to time, special committees may be appointed by the Chairman and President, with the approval of the board, to assist in various short term projects.
